Teddy Roosevelt won the Nobel Peace Prize?

Teddy Roosevelt was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1904 for his work to end the war between The Russian Empire and the Empire of Japan. The more I listen to this audiobook (The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt by Edmund Morris) the more I am impressed with America’s 26^thpresident.
